| Caribbean Desmo Ducati Club CDDC The Caribbean Desmo Ducati Club arose from a need for information on the care and feeding of Ducati motorcycles, and from a desire for camaraderie with likeminded souls. Many riders originally drawn to Ducati for its simplicity, light weight and agility. The Caribbean Desmo Ducati Club places the Ducati rider back on its pedestal where it belongs, as the finest all-round motorcycle ever produced. If you want to see what it's all about, the best way is to attend one of our events. Introduce yourself as a newbie, make yourself at home, and you'll receive a warm welcome. It was originally founded in Puerto Rico in 2006. |
What We Do
Monthly Tours and Meetings
To encourage our members to get out and ride, the CDDC holds its
meetings on the last weekend of each month (except December and
May) at different campgrounds in or near San Juan PR.
Some members take the Club's group tour to the meeting on Saturday,
which usually departs the Ducati Store in the Isla Verde Area in the early
morning (9:00a.m.) and arrives at the meeting site in mid-morning
(10:00a.m.). Others ride to the meeting individually or in small groups.
The formal Club meeting is held late Saturday afternoon, and lasts about
an hour. At the meeting we conduct a bit of business and share
information about upcoming Club events.
Other Activities
The Club has other activities, too. Members meet for breakfast on the
second Sunday of every month at a convenient location. Spontaneous
group rides often develop. There's the annual Club Christmas party in
December. During the course of the year many Club members travel
together to rallies and other motorcycling events or tracks. Benefice
activities are also part of our club, in order to make family part of our
activities as well. Track Days are a special event for our club riders.

All members receive the Club's monthly newsletter which contains
announcements of upcoming Club activities and other motorcycling
events, classified ads, and articles of interest to Ducati owners.
Members also receive a membership directory, name tag, Club patches

benefits in being a member of the CDDC.
